In most cases you do not need planning permission, but some councils have different rules and regulations regarding this issue. We would always advise to contact your local council and ask their advice on installing a resin driveway in the Bromley area.

Yes, absolutely! When we lay your resin pathway, patio or drive we blend the aggregate and resin together to coat the stone which sticks it together. This then allows tiny gaps between the stones where the water the filters through it. This means if you get a heavy downpour of rain then it will go straight through your resin surface and you will avoid big puddles.

No. As resin driveways are porous the water easily drains through instead of sitting on top of the surface, therefore the weeds struggle to grow as there is no water to help them establish.

Absolutely not! As weeds are unable to come through the surface, all the resin driveway needs is the occasional sweep and power wash just to get your resin surface like new.

When properly installed a resin driveway can last for more than 25 years. With minimal maintenance its purposely designed to be long lasting and highly durable. As long as its swept occasionally and power washed it will keep it looking as good as new for years.

Yes absolutely! Just get in touch with us today and we’ll arrange to pop by and discuss your ideas and requirements.
